Dongnai Paint proposes headquarters relocation amid industrial zone redevelopment

Dongnai Paint Corporation (SDN) has issued a consultation document to shareholders regarding the proposed relocation of its main office. The company plans to move its headquarters from Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Zone to Ho Nai Industrial Zone, both within Dong Nai. This change is projected to take place in Q4 2025, aligning with the 12th amendment to the company's Business Registration Certificate issued on August 21, 2025.

Shareholders are requested to submit their votes by 11:00 AM on September 30, 2025. The company requires more than 50% of the total voting shares to approve the resolution. The ballot counting will occur at 2:30 PM on September 30, 2025, at the current headquarters.

This move follows recent regulatory approvals, including the updated conversion plan for Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Zone into an urban-commercial-service area by the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee on June 22, 2025, and a land recovery notice from the Bien Hoa City People's Committee dated April 11, 2025.
