SIMCO Song Da board to develop Hanoi urban area project

SIMCO Song Da Joint Stock Company's board of directors has unanimously approved the implementation of a project on the land plot designated HH within the new Cau Buou urban area in Thanh Tri district, Hanoi (now Thanh Liet ward). This decision, made on September 15, 2025, amends a prior resolution from November 28, 2023, which had sought partners for the transfer of the project rights. The company will now proceed directly with the development.

The approved land plot, identified as HH, covers an area of 5,789.4 m² and has a permitted construction density of 40%. The development will feature a 12-story mixed-use building, including three floors for commercial services or office space for rent, with residential apartments occupying floors 4 to 12. These specifications are consistent with the detailed 1/500 scale master plan approved by the Hanoi People's Committee on July 18, 2002.

The project will be funded through the company's own capital and other mobilized sources. The general director's board is tasked with preparing a detailed implementation plan in accordance with relevant legal procedures and current regulations.
