Saigon Plant Protection fined for tax violations

Saigon Plant Protection Joint Stock Company (SPC) received a decision from the Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department on September 16, 2025, concerning administrative tax violations. The decision, dated September 8, 2025, details penalties for breaches of tax procedures, including late submission of personal income tax declarations.

The company was fined a total of VND 7,150,000 for these violations. This amount comprises VND 6,500,000 for submitting tax declarations between 31 and 60 days late and an additional VND 650,000 for repeated late submissions.

In addition to the monetary penalty, SPC is required to pay late payment interest on the tax amounts as stipulated by the Tax Administration Law. The company has 10 days from the receipt of the decision to comply.
