Nhi Hiep Brick-Tile shareholders approve dividend freeze, address change

Nhi Hiep Brick-Tile Co-Operation announced that its shareholders, through a written ballot, approved resolutions from the General Meeting of Shareholders on September 16, 2025. A significant resolution was the decision not to distribute dividends for 2024 and the first six months of 2025. The specific dividend rate for 2025 will be proposed at the 2026 Annual General Meeting. This resolution passed with 61.52% of voting shares in favor.

Shareholders also approved an amendment to the Company Charter regarding a change in the headquarters address to Number 34, DT 743 Street, Tan Dong Hiep Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. This change was approved by 63.29% of voting shares. These resolutions take effect from the date of signing.

A total of 3,041,542 voting shares were eligible, representing 465 shareholders. Of these, 1,977,015 voting shares were returned as valid ballots, indicating a 65.00% participation rate.
