IDJ Vietnam establishes Diem Thuy Infrastructure, boosting portfolio

IDJ Vietnam Investment Joint Stock Company (IDJ) announced its Board of Directors' resolution to establish Diem Thuy Infrastructure Construction Investment Joint Stock Company. The new company, to be located in Thai Nguyen Province, Vietnam, will have a charter capital of VND 386,000,000,000.

IDJ Vietnam will contribute VND 192,961,400,000 to Diem Thuy Infrastructure Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, representing 49.99% of the charter capital. This investment corresponds to 19,296,140 common shares.

Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, the legal representative of IDJ Vietnam, has been appointed to manage the entire capital contribution to Diem Thuy Infrastructure Construction Investment Joint Stock Company. He will represent IDJ Vietnam's interests and voting rights in matters within the scope of the capital contribution.
