TNG Investment and Trading JSC announces first interim dividend payment

TNG Investment and Trading JSC announced an advance cash dividend payment for 2025, with a record date set for September 25, 2025. The dividend rate is 5% per par value, meaning shareholders will receive VND 500 per share. The payment date for this first installment is scheduled for October 6, 2025.

This dividend distribution follows approval from the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in Resolution No. 162/2025/NQ-DHDCĐ on April 20, 2025. Further endorsement for the first advance cash dividend payment for 2025 was provided by the board of directors via Resolution No. 523/NQ-HDQT dated September 15, 2025.

Shareholders holding deposited securities can collect their dividends through their respective depository members. Those with non-deposited securities can receive theirs directly from the company's head office at No. 434/1 - Bac Kan Street, Phan Dinh Phung Ward, Thai Nguyen Province.
