Ninh Binh Phosphate Fertilizer appoints Pham Gia Ngan as corporate governance officer

Ninh Binh Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company (NFC) announced the appointment of Pham Gia Ngan as its new corporate governance officer, effective September 16, 2025. Ngan, born on March 31, 1969, will also serve concurrently as the company secretary. This decision was made following a resolution by the board of directors.

Currently, Ngan holds the position of head of the administrative organization department. His new responsibilities will include fulfilling all rights and obligations of the corporate governance officer as stipulated by the Enterprise Law, Securities Law, other relevant laws, decrees, the company's charter, and internal governance regulations.
