MB Securities to increase capital with new share issuance

MB Securities Joint Stock Company (MBS) announced a plan to issue shares to increase its charter capital from owner's equity. The company, headquartered in Hanoi, currently has a charter capital of VND 5,728,129,810,000. It plans to issue 17,184,389 new shares, totaling a par value of VND 171,843,890,000.

The share issuance will be conducted at a ratio of 100:03, meaning shareholders will receive 3 new shares for every 100 shares held. The source of capital for this issuance is the share premium as per the audited financial statements for 2024. The final registration date for entitlement to these shares is September 25, 2025. Fractional shares resulting from rounding down to the unit digit will be canceled by the company, with their par value retained in the share premium.
