IDICO corporation boosts charter capital by VND 494.9bn via stock dividend

On September 15, 2025, IDICO Corporation - JSC’s board of directors approved Resolution No. 55/NQ-HĐQT to increase the company's charter capital. This decision, in compliance with Circulars 96/2020/TT-BTC, follows a stock dividend issuance.

The company's charter capital before the increase was VND 3,299,999,290,000. An additional VND 494,988,940,000 was approved, bringing the new total charter capital to VND 3,794,988,230,000. This capital increase will be executed through the issuance of shares to pay dividends.

As a result, Article 6.1 of the company's charter will be amended, stating that IDICO's charter capital is VND 3,794,988,230,000, divided into 379,498,823 shares, each with a par value of VND 10,000. The resolution is effective from the date of signing.
