DNP Holding to poll shareholders via written ballot

DNP Holding JSC's board of directors has resolved to organize a written ballot for its shareholders. The record date for determining the list of eligible shareholders is September 25, 2025.

The company anticipates conducting the opinion poll between September and October 2025, following the compilation of the shareholder list. Specific timings will be communicated in the shareholder opinion forms.

Written ballots will be collected at DNP Holding JSC's office, located in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Zone, Road No. 9, Tran Bien Ward, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam. The ballot will address matters within the authority of the general meeting of shareholders, with detailed content to be announced by the company in accordance with legal regulations and its charter.

The board of directors has authorized the chairman of the board and/or the legal representative to adjust the record date and timeline for the written ballot, ensuring compliance with current laws and the company's charter. They are also tasked with executing all necessary procedures, drafting, approving, and signing relevant documents for the shareholder list finalization and opinion poll.
