MB Securities sets September 25 registration date for share issuance

MB Securities Joint Stock Company (MBS) has set September 25, 2025, as the final registration date for shareholders to exercise their rights to receive shares issued from equity and to subscribe for additional shares. For the equity issuance, shareholders will receive 3 new shares for every 100 shares held (100:3 ratio), with fractional shares rounded down and cancelled.

For the rights offering, MBS plans to issue 68,737,557 shares at a price of 10,000 dong per share. The subscription ratio is 100:12, meaning shareholders can buy 12 new shares for every 100 shares held. Fractional shares will be rounded down, and any unsold shares will be offered to MB Bank and/or other investors at the same price, subject to a 12-month transfer restriction.

The period for transferring purchase rights is from October 3, 2025, to October 15, 2025, with registration and payment for new shares open from October 3, 2025, to October 23, 2025.
