Viglacera Ha Long appoints deputy general director to lead corporate governance

Viglacera Ha Long Joint Stock Company (VHL) has announced the appointment of Mr. Bui Van Quang as the person in charge of corporate governance, effective September 11, 2025. Mr. Quang, who currently serves as the deputy general director of the company, will now assume both roles concurrently. This appointment is for a term of three years, commencing from the effective date.

The decision was made in accordance with Board Resolution No. 13/2025/NQ-HĐQT, dated September 11, 2025. Mr. Quang's responsibilities will include exercising rights and obligations as stipulated by Article 281 of Decree No. 155/2020/NĐ-CP, the company's charter, internal corporate governance regulations, and other relevant legal provisions.
