Haiha confectionery outsources mooncake production to related party

Haiha Confectionery JSC (HHC) has disclosed an extraordinary information filing on September 12, 2025, detailing a new production agreement. The board of directors, in a meeting on September 12, 2025, approved Resolution No. 124/2025/HHC/NQ-HĐQT to enter into a contract with Tamba Manufacturing and Services Co., Ltd. for the outsourcing of Mid-Autumn Mooncake production.

Tamba Manufacturing and Services Co., Ltd. is identified as a related party to Haiha Confectionery JSC. Specifically, Tamba is linked to Truong Thi Buu, a major shareholder of Haiha Confectionery. The board of directors unanimously approved this transaction, with all four present members voting in favor.

Chairman Hoang Hung has been authorized to negotiate, finalize terms, and sign the outsourcing contract with Tamba Manufacturing and Services Co., Ltd. The agreement will encompass all relevant documents, including extensions, amendments, and termination clauses, ensuring compliance with company regulations and legal frameworks. The resolution took effect on the date of signing.
