AAV Group corrects financial statements, citing drafting errors

AAV Group Joint Stock Company has announced corrections to its financial disclosures, specifically addressing discrepancies in the after-tax profit within its Semi-Annual Financial Statements for 2025. The company stated that its consolidated semi-annual financial statements for 2025, after audit, showed differences compared to the pre-audit figures.

The corrected information for the Vietnamese version now specifies the "Consolidated Semi-Annual Financial Statements 2025 after audit" and the "Consolidated Q2 2025 Financial Statements." Similarly, the English version now refers to the "Semi-annual financial report Quarter 2, 2025" and "Separate Financial Statement Q2 2025."

AAV Group attributed these corrections to "errors in the drafting process." The corrections were announced on September 11, 2025, via a public disclosure on the State Securities Commission's information portal and the HNX.
