Shareholder corrects date of major holding in Vinaherbfoods

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai Hoi has issued a correction regarding the date she became a major shareholder in Vinaherbfoods Joint Stock Company (VHE). An initial report, dated July 30, 2025, incorrectly stated the effective date of her 5% or more holding in VHE shares.

The corrected report, dated September 5, 2025, supersedes the previous one. The accurate date of Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai Hoi becoming a major shareholder, holding 5% or more of VHE shares, is July 22, 2025. On this date, she acquired 106,000 VHE shares, increasing her total holding to 1,678,200 shares, representing 5.06% of the company's stock, up from a previous 4.74% (1,572,200 shares). The correction has been submitted to the Hanoi Stock Exchange for public disclosure.
