SCI amends charter, increases capital after 2024 dividend issuance

SCI Joint Stock Company (HNX:S99) has approved amendments to its charter and adjustments to its Enterprise Registration Certificate, effective September 10, 2025. This follows Resolution No. 14/2025/NQ-SCI-HĐQT, which addresses changes in registered securities quantity and listing registration for additional shares distributed as 2024 dividends.

The company's charter capital has been revised to VND1,040,889,920,000, divided into 104,088,992 shares, each with a par value of VND10,000. These changes reflect the issuance of 4,954,661 additional shares for the 2024 dividend, as authorized by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on April 10, 2025.

The board of directors has tasked the general director and relevant departments with executing the necessary procedures for these amendments. This includes updating the Certificate of Securities Registration and the listing registration with the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) in accordance with current legal regulations.
