PV Gas LPG fined for administrative tax violations

Petrovietnam LPG Joint Stock Company (PV GAS LPG) announced it received a decision on September 8, 2025, from the Hanoi Tax Department, imposing administrative tax sanctions. The company was found to have committed several violations, including incorrect or incomplete tax declarations not affecting tax payable, incorrect VAT declarations not affecting tax payable, and issuing invoices at the wrong time without delaying tax obligations.

The penalties include a fine of VND 1,000,000 for incorrect or incomplete tax declarations, VND 39,200,000 for untimely invoice issuance (with aggravating circumstances), and VND 42,250,000 for incorrect VAT declarations (with aggravating circumstances). The total fine levied against PV GAS LPG amounts to VND 82,450,000.
