PTSC sets record date for 2025 extraordinary shareholder meeting

PTSC has set September 30, 2025, as the record date for shareholders to attend the 2025 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. The virtual meeting, scheduled for 9:00 AM on October 29, 2025, will allow shareholders to participate and vote electronically.

The meeting will take place at the PTSC Head Office, located at 1-5 Le Duan, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. Each share held grants one voting right, with the ordinary shares having a par value of VND10,000.

Key agenda items for the extraordinary general meeting include approving the meeting program and regulations, a proposal for increasing charter capital through a share issuance for 2024 dividends, and a draft resolution for the 2025 extraordinary general meeting. Other matters falling under the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders will also be discussed.
