Nuoc Trong Hydro-Power declares second interim 2025 cash dividend

Nuoc Trong Hydro-Power Joint Stock Company has announced a second interim cash dividend for 2025 at a rate of 15% per share, equating to 1,500 dong per share. The record date for establishing the list of eligible shareholders is October 7, 2025, with payment scheduled for October 23, 2025. This decision was made based on a resolution from the board of directors, dated September 11, 2025.

For shareholders whose shares are held in custody, the dividend will be received through their respective custodian members. Uncustodied shareholders can collect their dividends at the company's representative office in Quang Ngai, starting October 23, 2025, during weekdays, by presenting their Citizen ID/ID card.

This interim dividend aligns with the company's approved 2025 profit distribution plan, which projected a 35% dividend rate for the year. The total cash dividend for 2025 is estimated to be 37,807,190,000 dong, with a remaining after-tax profit of 19,236,790,000 dong.
