Educational Book JSC sets registration date for extraordinary shareholder meeting

Educational Book JSC in Ho Chi Minh City announced September 30, 2025, as the final registration date for shareholders to participate in an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for Q4 2025. The purpose of the EGM is to gather shareholder opinions on unspecified matters, with details to be provided in meeting invitations and on the company’s website.

Shareholders on record by the deadline will have voting rights at a ratio of 1:1, meaning one share equates to one voting right. The nominal value of each share is VND 10,000. The company will inform the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) to compile the list of eligible shareholders.
