Agriculture Printing and Packaging JSC to issue dividend shares after commission approval

On September 9, 2025, Agriculture Printing and Packaging JSC (INN) announced that the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (UBCKNN) had received sufficient documentation for the company's share issuance report to pay dividends. This notification was made via Official Letter No. 5057/UBCK-QLCB. The issuance aligns with resolutions from the annual general meeting of shareholders on April 27, 2025, and the board on August 30, 2025.

The UBCKNN published the receipt of these documents on its official website. Agriculture Printing and Packaging JSC has committed to disclosing information and implementing the share issuance in accordance with Article 69 of Decree No. 155/2020/NĐ-CP, dated December 31, 2020. This decree details the implementation of certain provisions of the Securities Law.

The company's announcement was also disclosed on its website on September 10, 2025. All parties involved in preparing the reports are responsible for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness, and completeness of the documents as per the Securities Law.
