Tasco updates charter, boosts capital to over VND 10.68 trillion

Tasco Joint Stock Company (HNX:HUT) has officially announced a change in its company seal and an amendment to its company charter, effective September 9, 2025. The company's registered address will be updated to Floors 1 and 20, Tasco Building, HH2-2, Pham Hung Street, Tu Liem Ward, Hanoi City, Vietnam. This change aligns with resolutions from the Hanoi People's Council and the National Assembly Standing Committee regarding administrative unit reorganization.

In conjunction with the address change, Tasco's charter capital has been significantly increased to VND 10,682,855,810,000, divided into 1,068,285,581 shares at a par value of VND 10,000 per share. This represents an increase from the previous charter capital of VND 8,925,119,650,000. These changes follow shareholder and board resolutions from May and August 2025, concerning a public offering to existing shareholders and an increase in charter capital.
