South-East PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals to pay 2024 cash dividend

South-East PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Joint Stock Company (HNX:PSE) announced a cash dividend payment for the 2024 fiscal year, with a payout ratio of 10% per share, equivalent to VND 1,000 per share. The record date for this dividend is September 22, 2025, and the payment is scheduled for October 06, 2025. This decision was formalized by Resolution No. 88/NQ-DNB dated September 05, 2025, from the Board of Directors, following approval at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2025 on April 04, 2025.

The company's 2024 business results reported a net profit after tax of VND 18.94 billion, with total revenue reaching VND 3,145 billion. For 2025, the company projects a net profit after tax of VND 16.43 billion and revenue of VND 3,213 billion, maintaining the 10% dividend payout ratio. For shareholders with uncertificated shares, the dividend can be collected directly from the company's Finance and Accounting Department starting October 06, 2025.
