NRC Group director corrects reported share transaction

Nguyen Huy Cuong, a member of the board of directors of NRC Group Joint Stock Company, has issued a correction to his previous "Report on share trading results" dated August 21, 2025. The correction primarily affects the number of shares transacted, which was initially misreported due to errors in data compilation and entry.

According to the revised report, Cuong's number of shares traded was 214,500, not the previously stated 104,027. This adjustment changes his post-transaction holdings to 108,027 shares, representing 0.12% of outstanding shares, down from the initially reported 218,500 shares (0.24%). The initial number of shares held before the transaction (322,527, or 0.35% of outstanding shares) and the registered sale quantity (318,167 shares) remain unchanged.

Cuong expressed regret for the error and committed to implementing stricter verification procedures to prevent similar discrepancies in future reports. The transaction, which involved the sale of shares via order matching, occurred between July 24, 2025, and August 20, 2025. The reason for not completing the full registered sale quantity was deemed "unsuitable price."
