Lamdong Foodstuffs announces 15% cash dividend payment for 2024

Lamdong Foodstuffs Joint Stock Company has announced a cash dividend payment of 15% per share for the fiscal year 2024. This means shareholders holding one share will receive 1,500.

The decision follows the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and subsequent approval by the board of directors. The payment will commence on September 30, 2025, to shareholders listed on the VSDC’s record as of September 09, 2025.

For deposited securities, shareholders can process their dividend receipt at their respective depository members. Undeposited securities holders should approach the accounting department at the company's head office, located at 31 Ngo Van So, Lam Vien – Da Lat Ward, Lam Dong Province, starting September 30, 2025, during weekdays.

Shareholders opting for cash payment must present their share ownership certificate, passport/citizen ID, or relevant business registration/establishment documents. For bank transfers, requests must be submitted to Lamdong Foodstuffs Joint Stock Company before September 30, 2025, including an application for dividend receipt by bank transfer, a photocopy of the share certificate book, and a photocopy of their identification documents.
