ALTA Company announces 2024 cash dividend payment record date

ALTA Company has announced the record date for its 2024 cash dividend payment. Shareholders of ALT stock must be registered on the company's books by September 30, 2025, to receive the dividend. The payment is scheduled for October 21, 2025.

The company will distribute a cash dividend at a rate of 06% per share, meaning each shareholder will receive 600 for every common share held. For shares held in custody, dividend payments will be processed through the respective custodial members. Uncustodied shares will require shareholders to claim their dividends at the company's Accounting Department, starting October 21, 2025, during business days, by presenting their citizen identification.
