Central PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals announces 2024 dividend

Central PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Joint Stock Company has announced a 25% cash dividend for 2024, translating to VND 2,500 per share. The record date for eligible shareholders is August 29, 2025.

The dividend payment will commence on September 26, 2025. Shareholders with deposited shares can receive their dividends through their custodial members. Those with undeposited shares can collect them directly from the company's office in Quy Nhon Dong, Gia Lai, starting on the same date. Payments can be made via cash or bank transfer, after deducting personal income tax on investment capital.

Individual shareholders collecting cash must present their original ID/CCCD/Passport and share ownership certificate. Corporate shareholders require their business registration certificate (copy), a letter of introduction/authorization, the recipient's ID/CCCD/Passport, and the original share ownership certificate. For bank transfers, shareholders must submit a request form, a copy of their ID/CCCD/Passport, and the share ownership certificate.
