Bich Chi Food Company (BCF) has announced a resolution by its Board of Directors to update and supplement the business registration content of its subsidiary, Bich Chi Food 2 Company Limited. The resolution, dated September 5, 2025, includes the addition of new business lines, specifically under industry code 4669 for "Wholesale of other specialized products not elsewhere classified." This expansion details the wholesale of rice husks, rice husk ash, sawdust, rice husk firewood, rice husk pellets, crushed rice husks, and rice husk cakes.

The resolution also updates the citizen identification information for Pham Thanh Binh, who serves as chairman and general director of Bich Chi Food 2 Company Limited. His citizen ID number 034053011669, issued on August 21, 2025, by the Department of Immigration Management and Social Order, has been recorded.

Bich Chi Food has tasked the legal representative of Bich Chi Food 2 Company Limited with implementing the necessary procedures with the business registration authority and other competent state agencies to execute these changes and amend the company's charter. The resolution is effective from the date of its signing.
