BGI Group wins major infrastructure contract for Dong Mo urban area

BGI Group Joint Stock Company (HNX:VC7) has approved a contract for a general construction project of technical infrastructure for the Southeast Dong Mo Town Urban Area. The contract, valued at VNĐ100,412,184,328 (including 8% VAT), was signed between a joint venture (Chi Lang Infrastructure Construction Investment Joint Stock Company and BGI Group Joint Stock Company) as the investor and BGI Group Joint Stock Company as the general contractor.

The decision was formalized by the board of directors on September 5, 2025. Than Huy Toan, deputy general director of BGI Group Joint Stock Company, has been authorized to sign and execute the contract. This strategic agreement underscores BGI Group's continued expansion in the infrastructure development sector.
