Sametel to increase capital through share issuance

Sametel Corporation announced a decision by its board of directors on September 3, 2025, to increase the company's charter capital. This will be achieved through the issuance of shares from its existing equity.

Following this resolution, Sametel's new charter capital will be VND 65,607,390,000. This decision stems from the general meeting of shareholders' resolution dated June 1, 2025, and the board of directors' resolution dated July 1, 2025. The company confirmed that the State Securities Commission of Vietnam acknowledged the documentation regarding the share issuance.

The general director and chief accountant, along with relevant departments, are tasked with implementing the decision. The information was officially disclosed on the company's website on September 3, 2025.
