Agriculture Printing and Packaging JSC reports 12.96% profit increase in H1 2025

Agriculture Printing and Packaging Joint Stock Company (HNX:INN) reported a net profit after tax of VND 57,193,195,988 for the first six months of 2025, marking a 12.96% increase compared to VND 50,629,287,323 in the same period of 2024. This growth was attributed to a 2.44% rise in net revenue from sales of goods and services, which reached VND 18,241,594,722. The company effectively utilized low-cost inventory reserves of raw materials, strengthened management practices, reduced production wastage, and implemented sound financial policies.

The consolidated financial statements, reviewed by Vietnam Auditing and Valuation Company Limited, show total assets of VND 1,176,616,559,897 and owner's equity of VND 773,608,527,869 as of June 30, 2025. Key financial movements include a decrease in short-term trade receivables from VND 314,289,865,813 to VND 189,258,453,337, and a significant increase in short-term advances to suppliers from VND 22,093,872,874 to VND 105,289,348,860. Long-term assets in progress saw a substantial jump from VND 6,865,325,550 to VND 39,906,232,504, reflecting increased investment in construction projects such as the Green Packaging Factory.

The company's leadership remuneration, including the chairman and vice chairman of the board of directors and the general director, totaled VND 4,857,494,898 for the first six months of 2025, compared to VND 5,299,315,131 in the corresponding period of 2024. The basic earnings per share increased from VND 2,679 to VND 3,022. The 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders approved a plan for stock issuance to pay dividends from undistributed after-tax profits, with 8,978,000 shares at a total par value of VND 89,780,000,000, although this has not yet been implemented.
