Thanh Thanh Ceramic to halt production, restructure operations

Thanh Thanh Ceramic Tiles Joint Stock Company's extraordinary general meeting on August 28, 2025, approved a restructuring plan to cease production from July 1, 2025, and reduce the scale of operations. The board of directors is authorized to liquidate all assets, machinery, equipment, factories, and inventory. The company will also relocate its headquarters to N1 Street, Binh Chuan Concentrated Production Area, Binh Phu Quarter, Thuan Giao Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, or another suitable location, in accordance with Dong Nai Province’s relocation plan.

For the first six months of 2025, Thanh Thanh Ceramic reported a revenue of VND 65.732 billion and a pre-tax profit of VND 0.024 billion. The company adjusted its 2025 production and business plan, projecting a revenue of VND 128.950 billion and a pre-tax loss of VND 7.928 billion. For 2026, the company forecasts a revenue of VND 17.216 billion and a pre-tax loss of VND 2.883 billion.

The operational plan from July 1, 2025, also includes transferring the "Thanh Thanh Ceramic Tiles" brand name to Southeast Asia Ceramic Tiles Joint Stock Company to support the consumption of existing products and resolving employee leave entitlements. The board of directors will seek new investment opportunities.
