Real Estate 11 JSC announces 12% stock dividend for 2021

Real Estate 11 Joint Stock Company (HNX:D11) has announced the final registration date for its 2021 stock dividend distribution. Shareholders will receive a 12% stock dividend, meaning 12 new shares for every 100 existing shares held. The last day to register for this dividend is September 8, 2025.

The company will round down the number of shares distributed to the nearest whole unit, with any fractional shares being canceled. For example, a shareholder owning 115 shares will be entitled to 13.8 shares but will receive 12 shares, with 0.8 fractional shares canceled.

Shareholders whose securities are deposited can complete the necessary procedures at their respective depository members. For non-deposited securities, shareholders can claim their stock dividends at the company's office located at 205 Lac Long Quan, Binh Thoi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, by presenting their citizen identification or equivalent document. This announcement follows resolutions from the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the board of directors.
