Nhi Hiep Brick-Tile announces seal change due to administrative redrawing

Nhi Hiep Brick-Tile Co-Operation (NHC) will implement a new corporate seal from September 1, 2025, following a resolution by its board of directors on August 29, 2025. This change stems from a decision by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly regarding the rearrangement of administrative units at the commune level within Ho Chi Minh City in 2025. The company's headquarters are located at 34, DT 743 Street, Tan Dong Hiep Ward.

The new seal will be a circular wet embossed seal, featuring a 37.0 mm outer circle and a 27.0 mm inner circle. It will display the company's full name, "CONG TY CO PHAN GACH NGOI NHI HIEP," along with its enterprise code "3700358798," and the updated address: "Phuong Tan Dong Hiep, Thanh pho Ho Chi Minh." This replaces the previous seal, which indicated "TP.DI AN-T.BINH DUONG" as the location.

The decision, signed by chairman Nguyen Hong Chau, underscores the company's compliance with legal requirements for seals in corporate documents and transactions. This information has been publicly disclosed on the company's website, gachngoinhihiep.com, as of August 29, 2025.
