Global Pacific announces deputy director's departure

Global Pacific Shipping JSC (HNX:PCT) has announced that Doan Nguyen Son will cease to hold the position of deputy director, effective September 1, 2025. This decision was formalized by the board of directors via Resolution No. 10/2025/QD-PCT-HDQT dated August 29, 2025.

The decision stems from Mr. Son's resignation letter dated August 15, 2025, and was confirmed during a board of directors meeting on August 29, 2025, as documented in Minutes No. 21/2025/BBH-PCT-HDQT. Mr. Son is tasked with handing over all relevant work, documents, and assets in accordance with company regulations.

The company's general director's submission, dated August 22, 2025, also played a role in the decision-making process. The change is effective immediately upon the signing of the resolution.
