Ben Thanh Water Supply sets record date for shareholder consultation

Ben Thanh Water Supply Joint Stock Company (HNX: BTW) has set September 22, 2025, as the final registration date (shareholder record date) for compiling a list of shareholders. This is to allow them to exercise their right to solicit opinions in writing. This initiative, resolved by the board of directors on August 29, 2025, via Resolution No. 30/NQ-CNBT-HĐQT, aims to gather shareholder approval for resolutions under the authority of the general meeting of shareholders.

The consultation will be conducted with a 1:1 ratio, meaning one share equates to one voting right. Shareholders will vote on common shares, each valued at VND10,000 per share. The expected period for exercising these rights is from September 29, 2025, to October 8, 2025.

The consultation documents will be available on the company’s website, www.capnuocbenthanh.com (under the "Public Information" section), starting September 29, 2025. The company’s headquarters at 194 Pasteur, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, will serve as the venue for this process.
