Tasco completes share offering, boosting charter capital to VND 10.68 bn

Tasco Joint Stock Company (Tasco) has announced the results of its public share offering to existing shareholders, which concluded on August 20, 2025. The company offered 178,502,393 shares at 10,000 đồng per share, with existing shareholders subscribing for 175,773,616 shares. This generated total proceeds of VND 1,757,736,160,000. The remaining 2,728,777 unsubscribed shares were canceled.

Following the offering, Tasco’s charter capital increased by VND 1,757,736,160,000, bringing the new total to VND 10,682,855,810,000. This increase, effective upon the State Securities Commission's notification of the offering results, modifies the company's charter to reflect 1,068,285,581 shares at a par value of VND 10,000 each.

The board of directors approved the registration of all newly issued shares with the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation and their additional listing on the Hanoi Stock Exchange. The general director, acting as the company's legal representative, is authorized to finalize all necessary procedures.
