Pharmedic announces remaining 2024 cash dividend payment

Pharmedic Pharmaceutical Medicinal JSC (HNX:PMC) has announced a cash dividend payment for the remaining portion of 2024, with a record date set for September 10, 2025. Shareholders will receive VND 3,868 per share, representing a dividend rate of 38.68% per share. The payment is scheduled to commence on September 22, 2025.

This dividend distribution follows the annual general meeting of shareholders in 2025, where the dividend plan was approved. The company’s board of directors subsequently finalized the implementation details in a resolution dated July 25, 2025. Shareholders with deposited securities can collect their dividends through their respective depository members, while those with undeposited securities can do so directly at Pharmedic's headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City from September 22, 2025.

Earlier, the board of directors revised the dividend payout ratio for 2024 from 24% to 62.68% of charter capital, as approved by shareholders. For 2024, Pharmedic reported a post-tax profit of VND 80,133 million. The total cash dividend paid to shareholders for 2024 is VND 22,398 million. The company also anticipates an advance cash dividend for the first half of 2025 at a rate of 10% per share, expected to be paid in November 2025.
