Vinacomin – Northern Coal Trading names new head of finance

Vinacomin – Northern Coal Trading Joint Stock Company (HNX:TMB) has announced the appointment of Tran Thi Duong as the new head of its finance and accounting department. The appointment, effective from August 20, 2025, is for a term of five years. Duong, born on March 24, 1990, holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Banking and Finance. Prior to this promotion, she served as the deputy head of the same department.

This decision was made pursuant to a resolution dated August 20, 2025, issued by the general director of Vinacomin – Northern Coal Trading Joint Stock Company, Ngo Quang Trung. Duong will receive a monthly salary of VND 14,741,000, corresponding to Pay Grade 1/2 for company department heads under the TKV 09 Salary System, which is part of the company’s internal salary structure established by a decision dated November 1, 2024.

The company publicly disclosed this information on its electronic portal on August 21, 2025. This change signifies a strategic move in the company's financial leadership, ensuring continued stability and expertise in its accounting and finance operations.
