Vietnam Medicinal Materials announces 2024 dividend share issuance

Vietnam Medicinal Materials Joint Stock Company (HNX:DVM) has announced the issuance of shares to pay dividends for 2024, as detailed in notifications dated August 28, 2025. The company will issue 4,277,991 new shares, valued at VND 42,779,916,000, funded by undistributed after-tax profits as of December 31, 2024.

The share dividend ratio is 10:1, meaning shareholders will receive one new share for every ten rights held. Fractional shares resulting from rounding down to the nearest whole unit will be cancelled. The registration deadline for shareholders to receive these rights is September 17, 2025.
