SCI Joint Stock Company completes dividend share issuance, increasing outstanding shares

SCI Joint Stock Company (HNX:S99) has announced the successful conclusion of its share issuance for dividend payments, with 4,954,661 shares distributed to 4,738 shareholders. This issuance, approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders on April 10, 2025, utilized undistributed after-tax profits from the 2024 audited financial statements. The new shares were issued at a 20:1 ratio, meaning shareholders received one new share for every 20 shares held.

Following the issuance, SCI Joint Stock Company's total outstanding shares increased from 99,134,331 to 104,088,992 as of August 20, 2025. The company confirmed that 2,055 fractional shares resulting from the distribution were canceled. Shareholders are expected to receive their new shares in September 2025, pending updates to the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation and the Hanoi Stock Exchange.
