Hanoi Beer Trading announces 30% cash dividend for 2024

Hanoi Beer Trading has announced a 30% cash dividend for 2024, equating to VND 3,000 per share. The record date for this dividend payment is September 17, 2025, with payment to shareholders scheduled for October 17, 2025. This decision was formally communicated to the State Securities Commission and the Hanoi Stock Exchange on August 28, 2025.

The dividend distribution follows approval of the company’s 2024 business results, which reported total revenue of VND 1,357,499,400,209 and after-tax profit of VND 18,760,974,989. The company also outlined its 2025 plan, projecting total revenue of VND 1,571,990,387,873 and an after-tax profit of VND 12,868,490,755, with a proposed dividend payout ratio of 20% for 2025.

Shareholders with dematerialized shares will receive their dividends through their respective depository members. Those with uncertificated shares can collect payments at the company's headquarters at 183 Hoang Hoa Tham, Ngoc Ha Ward, Hanoi, starting October 17, 2025, during business hours, by presenting their ID and share ownership certificate.
