Tay Nguyen Green Energy Joint Stock Company is registered with a charter capital of VND 100,000,000,000, divided into 10,000,000 shares, each valued at VND 10,000. Bui Minh Duc has been appointed as the general director. The company's headquarters are located at 97/4 Nguyen Huu Canh, Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
