Vinh Plastic Bags to hold extraordinary meeting on charter, board changes

Vinh Plastic Bags Joint Stock Company (VBC) announced its decision to hold an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in October 2025. The meeting will address crucial amendments to the company’s charter and changes to the Supervisory Board.

Key agenda items for the meeting include approving modifications to the Company Charter, dismissing the head of the Supervisory Board, and electing additional members to the Supervisory Board.
