Quang Nam Transportation Construction revenue surges, returns to profit in H1 2025

Quang Nam Transportation Construction JSC announced strong financial results for the first six months of 2025, reporting a profit after corporate income tax of VND214,469,980. This marks a substantial improvement from a loss of VND(1,135,771,595) in the same period of 2024. The turnaround is attributed to an 86% increase in total revenue from sales and service provision, reaching VND20,062,329,017 in H1 2025 compared to VND10,784,200,929 in H1 2024.

The significant revenue growth led to improved business performance, exceeding a 10% change threshold, and consequently bolstered the company’s profit growth. As of June 30, 2025, the company had 68 employees, including 4 managing officers. The 2025 Annual General Shareholders' Meeting approved a plan to pay dividends from the 2024 profit after tax at a rate of 6% of the charter capital, equivalent to VND1,620,000,000, though the list of shareholders for this payment has not yet been finalized.

The interim financial statements, reviewed by AAC Auditing and Accounting Co., Ltd., are separate statements for the parent company and should be read with the interim consolidated financial statements for the first six months of 2025 to gain a full understanding of the company's financial position, results, and cash flows. The company will continue to operate across various business sectors, including civil, road, irrigation, and hydropower projects, along with material exploitation and transportation.
