PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation releases reviewed half-year financials

PetroVietnam Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) announced the disclosure of its reviewed interim separate financial statements for the first six months of 2025. These statements include corporate information, a management statement, independent auditor’s report, separate balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, and notes to the financial statements. The company confirmed this information was published on its website on August 21, 2025.

The board of management verified that the interim separate financial statements for the six-month period ended June 30, 2025, accurately reflect the financial position and performance, in accordance with Vietnamese accounting standards. The company affirmed that its accounting and internal control systems are robust, preventing fraud and irregularities.

The independent auditor’s report by Deloitte Vietnam, dated August 18, 2025, states an unmodified conclusion on these interim separate financial statements. It also noted that the corporation’s separate financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, were audited by the same firm and received an unmodified opinion on March 17, 2025. The consolidated balance sheet for the first half of 2025 shows total assets of VND 20,375,708,895,782, with current assets at VND 13,851,466,693,811 and non-current assets at VND 6,524,242,201,971.
