Cao Son Coal announces address and chief accountant change

Cao Son Coal Joint Stock Company announced changes to its business registration certificate, effective August 22, 2025. The updates, approved by the Quang Ninh Provincial Department of Finance, include a new registered address and a change in the chief accountant.

The company's new registered address is Tổ 1, Khu Cao Sơn 2, Phường Cửa Ông, Tỉnh Quảng Ninh, Vietnam, a change driven by a resolution on administrative unit arrangements in Quang Ninh Province for 2025.

In a leadership change, Luong Xuan Quang has been appointed as the new chief accountant, replacing Dinh Van Chien. The company’s total charter capital remains VND428,467,730,000, divided into 42,846,773 shares, each with a par value of VND10,000.

These changes were officially registered on August 22, 2025, and publicly disclosed on the company's website. Pham Quoc Viet continues to serve as the general director.
