SCG Construction Group appoints new deputy general director

SCG Construction Group Joint Stock Company (SCG) announced the appointment of Nguyen Van Ty as the new permanent deputy general director, effective August 23, 2025. This decision follows Resolution No. 22/2025/SCG/NQ-HDQT by the Board of Directors, dated August 23, 2025. Prior to this promotion, Ty served as the director of the Project Management Board for the Noble Empire Project.

The announcement was published on the company's website on the same effective date. The resolution mandates all members of the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, Board of General Directors, and relevant departments and individuals to implement this decision.

In connection with this appointment, the general director of SCG has been authorized to sign and issue all relevant documents, manage the remuneration and benefits associated with the role, and has the authority to delegate these tasks to other individuals. Nguyen Van Ty was born on February 19, 1987.
