Picomat to update company seal following Hanoi administrative changes

Picomat Plastic Joint Stock Company (Picomat) will update its official company seal to align with new administrative boundaries in Hanoi, effective August 26, 2025. This change follows resolutions from the Standing Committee of the National Assembly reorganizing administrative units at the commune level in Hanoi for 2025. The previous seal will cease to be valid on August 25, 2025.

The board of directors confirmed the company will use one new seal. This adjustment will not impact any transactions or contracts signed before the new seal's effective date.
