Song Da - Thanh Hoa increases Vinatom stake to 48.5%

Song Da - Thanh Hoa Joint Stock Company has acquired 28,500 shares of Vinatom Joint Stock Company for 8.550 billion VND, representing 9.5% of Vinatom's charter capital.

The acquisition increases Song Da - Thanh Hoa's ownership from 39% to 48.5% of Vinatom, giving it control of nearly half the company. The shares were purchased from Le Tran Nghia, who is the brother-in-law of Song Da - Thanh Hoa's chairman Le Anh Tuan.
